Orders & Tracking

How to track my order?

Please visit our Track Order page to track your order.

If you placed your order as a guest, a tracking number was sent to your email address and you can track your order with the provided tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Our canvases are made to order and are shipped within 1-2 business days, most orders are delivered 2-8 business days from the date of purchase. 

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

My tracking has not been updated for few days already, what do I do?

Tracking details and delivery time vary with delivery carriers, if you are unable to track your order status and it has been more than 3 business days since you have ordered, please Contact us for more details.

I have issues with my order.

What should I do if the artwork I received is damaged or not in perfect condition?

If your artwork arrives not in perfect condition, please email us at support@topcanvas.com with photos of the item and a photo of the box it arrived in, and we will gladly ship you a replacement at no additional cost.

What should I do if I received the wrong order?

If you receive the wrong order, please let us know by emailing us at support@topcanvas.com  with pictures of the artwork you received. We will process a replacement order as soon as we are notified.

What size is right for my wall?

Before choosing the right size of art for your wall, please take measurements of the wall you desire to place your wall art, so you know how much space you have got. For a better idea of the different sizes we offer, please refer to the size comparison chart on the product page.

Can I hang my print in the bathroom or outdoors?

You can hang them in the bathroom or outdoors, but we do not recommend it to be hung in environments with excessive moisture as the moisture can seep into the print and it may get damaged or show sign of warp.

Will the colors I see on my screen be the same as how the image prints?

Actual colors may vary due to differences in the color calibration of monitors, so there may be a slight difference in the colors.

We try our best to make sure the color is printed as life-like as possible in the product photo, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match of colors.

Do you offer unstretched/rolled canvases?

We only offer stretched canvases. But we offer rolled prints in other paper materials – Poster Paper and Peel & Stick. Select “Rolled Print” from the product type for more information.

What sizes are available for purchase?

Size, shape, and orientation vary with each print. We only offer custom sizing for rolled prints but not canvas prints, please Contact us for rolled print sizing options.

Can I buy a digital copy of the image?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any digital copies for sale.

What do I need to hang my canvas?

Every canvas is ready-to-hang with a pre-installed hanger and nail included.

How to clean my print?

Normally your canvas will just need a light dusting every now and then. If you would like to spot clean your canvas, use a soft cloth to gently tap on the spot to avoid scratching. Chemicals can react with the ink and ruin the canvas.

What are the image specifications for printing custom images?

Your image size and quality matter the most when you are creating your own canvas print. We recommend that you upload the biggest, highest resolution image you have for the best quality outcome.

What file format images can I upload to CREATE YOUR OWN?

You may upload images that are formatted as “jpg” and “png”

How long does it take to ship my custom canvas prints?

For custom art prints, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Please visit our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.

Can you enhance or customize my image?

Simple enhancement or customization is offered at no additional cost, please Contact us and we’ll see what we can do for you.

What sizes are available for custom prints?

Canvas Print: 

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom sizing.

Rolled Print:

Custom sizing is available, please Contact us for more sizing options.

Will I receive a proof before my image is printed?

We will contact you only if we have issues with the image you uploaded or if you have requested a touch up of your image. Otherwise, your custom print will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Our canvases are made to order and are shipped within 1-2 business days, most orders are delivered 2-8 business days from the date of purchase.

When will I receive a tracking number?

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, and tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

I need my canvas by a certain date, what do I do?

We offer an express shipping delivery option during checkout if you need your order in a rush.

Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can still change the address for you.

If the order has shipped, we recommend you to contact the carrier right away to ask if it is possible to change the shipping address or to place a hold for you to pick it up at your convenience.

Does Free Shipping apply to all orders?

Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Top Canvas does ship internationally!  Shipping prices may vary based on size and location.  You will see the applicable shipping charge reflected in your shopping cart after entering the shipping address at checkout.  Taxes and duties do not apply.

Why am I being charged extra by customs?

International taxes and duties are not included in your order and will need to be paid before delivery.  The cost of duties and taxes are regulated by your country’s customs bureau and not determined or collected by topcanvas.com.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Most items can be delivered to P.O. boxes. However, there are some size limitations.  Please follow your local PO box guidelines.

We will contact you for another address if shipping to the P.O. box is not available for your order.

Do you ship to U.S. military bases?

We are more than happy to ship items to military service members.  Please know that shipping fees apply to orders shipped to overseas military bases.

Make sure you include the unit and box numbers for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.

I received my tracking number, but it doesn’t show any movement, what should I do?

If it has been more than three days since your order has shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper’s website, or it has been more than 72 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us support@topcanvas.com for further assistance.

What should I do if the tracking website states my package was delivered, but I never received it?

We always recommend asking if any family member has got the package for you, check around your property, or with neighbors to ensure your package was not misplaced.  If, after checking in, you were unable to recover your package, please contact us at support@topcanvas.com.

Which shipping carrier does TopCanvas use?

We ship via USPS and UPS.

Return & Exchanges

TopCanvas offers a 30 Days Guarantee!

We accept return or exchange requests for any reason in the first 30 days of purchase.

If you would like to return or exchange your order, please email us at support@topcanvas.com with the order number and the product you would like to return or exchange to receive a free return shipping label.

We will process your refund or exchange order once your return has been received.

Do I qualify for free return shipping?

Free return shipping is only eligible for orders shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States and excludes Oversized Prints and Custom Prints.

The following sizes are not eligible for free return shipping: Canvas – 20″ x 30″, 24″ x 36″ ,  36″ x 36″,  32″ x 48″

Orders shipped outside the 48 Contiguous United States will not be eligible for any return shipping labels.

We would gladly accept your return, but orders shipped outside of the Contiguous United States do not qualify for free returns and are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I create an account?

To create an account you simply need to select the “Account” link at the top right-hand corner of the webpage.  Then click “Register” and complete the First Name, Last Name, Email and Password fields.

Why do I need an account?

While an account is not necessary for making purchases on our website, we highly recommend that customers create an account, so that they can take advantage of features, such as:

  • View and Track orders

  • Saving your favorite artworks

  • Add, edit, and delete personal information, including billing and shipping addresses.

  • Save information for future orders for a quicker checkout experience

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, log in to your account and go to “Account Details”, enter your current and new password and click “Save Changes”.

If you forgot your password, simply select the “Account” link at the top right-hand corner of the webpage, and select “Forgot your password?” under the “Sign-in” option, a reset link will be sent to your email.

How do I update my shipping or billing address?

Sign in, go to “Account”, click “Addresses” and click “Edit” on the information you would like to change, click “Save Address” after you have edited your address.
